What and Who is RDAS
Residential Development Agents Society, RDAS, exists as a forum for the exchange of information and ideas between agents involved in residential development land and property. In order to further this aim, RDAS organises CPD seminars and social events throughout the year, the majority of which are sponsored by residential developers.
RDAS was established in 1995 and the Society currently has approximately 210 members from around 80 firms. The majority of members are located in the South East of England/East Anglia, but with increasing representation from the South, South West and Midlands. Membership is open to agents whose principal business is in the acquisition and disposal of development land and property for residential purposes.
The income from membership subscriptions and events is principally used in support of RDAS CPD and social programmes. RDAS does, however, also support a nominated charity on an annual basis and to date over £78,000 has been donated to a variety of good causes with a housing connection.
The Society is run by Committee which meets 6 times a year and includes representatives from a wide cross section of the membership - see Contact Us page.
